When is an order dispatched?
Accepted orders are usually handled in 1–2 business days, then move through an estimated 4–6 business days of carrier transit.
Are exchanges and preference returns accepted?
Yes. Both defective and non-defective returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 days after delivery. Obtain approval before mailing, use the free prepaid label included in the package, and note that there is no restocking fee. Non-defective products must be new, unused, complete, and in original condition.
How long does an approved refund take?
We process and initiate the original-payment-method refund within 10 days after approval. Your bank can post the credit later.
What does the footer show?
The footer displays Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Maestro card marks. Checkout determines which methods are eligible for a particular purchase.
